Effective date: 27 October 2026

These terms apply to use of Nexon Vault (the "Service"). Please read them before relying on any information, valuation, calculation or report. Your use of the Service is subject to applicable law and any rights that cannot lawfully be excluded.

1. Purpose of the Service

Nexon Vault is a software tool for recording investment activity, maintaining cryptocurrency portfolio information, viewing indicative market valuations and assisting with analysis of transactions, acquisition costs and disposals. The Service is provided for information and recordkeeping purposes only.

2. No professional advice

Nothing in the Service constitutes personal or general financial product advice, investment recommendations, legal advice, taxation advice or accounting advice. Calculations, charts, explanations and other outputs do not take account of your individual circumstances. Before making investment decisions, submitting a tax return or taking legal action, obtain advice from appropriately qualified and independent professionals where appropriate.

3. No guarantee of accurate figures

To the extent permitted by law, no representation or warranty is made that data, calculations, classifications, valuations, balances, tax lots, currency conversions or reports are accurate, complete, up to date, error-free or suitable for any particular purpose. Software defects, rounding, configuration choices, delayed feeds, missing transactions or incorrect user input can materially affect results.

4. Tax reporting and capital gains

Tax outcomes depend on your circumstances, applicable law, transaction evidence and the accounting or tax treatment properly applicable to each event. Nexon Vault's capital-gains calculations are indicative and are not an official assessment or a substitute for professional review. You are responsible for checking acquisition dates, cost bases, disposal proceeds, transaction fees, holding periods, foreign-exchange rates, tax-lot allocations and any adjustments before relying on the results or lodging information with a taxation authority.

5. Cryptocurrency prices and foreign exchange

Cryptocurrency prices and currency exchange rates may be supplied by third parties and may be delayed, unavailable or different from the prices or rates at which you could transact. Indicative current portfolio values may use different observation times for crypto and FX data. The latest published RBA reference rate may relate to an earlier business day; it is not necessarily the exchange rate prevailing at the moment of your transaction. Any automatically suggested rate must be reviewed before use, particularly for tax purposes.

6. Responsibility for your information

You are responsible for the accuracy, completeness and lawful use of all records you enter, import, edit or retain in the Service. Keep independent copies of your exchange statements, receipts, blockchain records and other original supporting evidence. Nexon Vault is not a replacement for statutory recordkeeping duties.

7. No trading, custody or guarantee of returns

The Service does not execute cryptocurrency trades, provide wallet custody, guarantee liquidity or guarantee any investment result. Cryptocurrency markets are volatile and may involve substantial or total loss. Historical or simulated performance does not predict future outcomes.

8. Accounts and security

You must take reasonable steps to protect your account credentials, use the Service lawfully and notify the operator through an available support channel if you become aware of unauthorised account activity. No internet-connected system can guarantee absolute security.

9. Availability, discontinuation and data loss

NexonVault is an evolving service. Features may be changed, restricted, suspended or withdrawn, and the website or Service may be permanently discontinued at any time, subject to applicable law. There is no guarantee that the website, any particular function, access to stored records, or the Service as a whole will continue indefinitely.

Service interruptions, security incidents, software failures and loss or corruption of data are possible. Where reasonably practicable, the operator will aim to give notice of planned material changes or shutdowns, but advance notice and data recovery are not guaranteed. Users should keep independent copies of all important records. Nothing here removes rights that cannot lawfully be excluded.

10. Third-party services

The Service may rely on external pricing, foreign-exchange, authentication, hosting, networking and infrastructure providers. Third-party data, services and websites may have their own terms, limitations and outages. Reference to a third-party provider does not mean that provider endorses Nexon Vault.

11. Acceptable use

You must not use the Service to breach any law, interfere with other users, access data without authorisation, disrupt infrastructure, introduce malicious code or misuse account or security features. Access may be restricted where reasonably necessary to protect the Service, users or legal obligations.

12. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, the operator is not liable for losses arising from your investment decisions, inaccurate or incomplete information you supply, your failure to retain supporting records, or your reliance on unverified third-party prices, exchange rates or indicative calculations. Any other exclusion or limitation of liability applies only to the extent it is lawful and reasonable in the circumstances.

Nothing in these terms excludes, restricts or modifies any right, consumer guarantee, remedy or liability that cannot lawfully be excluded, restricted or modified, including rights under the Australian Consumer Law where applicable.

13. Indemnity for misuse

To the extent permitted by law, you agree to indemnify the operator against reasonable losses, costs or third-party claims directly resulting from your unlawful use of the Service, deliberate misuse, infringement of another person's rights or material breach of these terms. This does not require you to indemnify the operator for loss caused by the operator's own negligence, unlawful conduct or breach of obligations that cannot legally be excluded.

14. Intellectual property

The Service's software, branding and original content remain the property of their respective owners. You retain responsibility for, and any rights you hold in, information you submit. Use of the Service does not transfer ownership of its underlying software or branding.

15. Updates to these terms

These terms may be updated as the Service evolves. Material changes should be communicated through the Service or another reasonable channel where practicable. Changes do not remove rights that cannot legally be waived.

16. Governing law

Subject to any mandatory laws or consumer protections applicable to you, these terms are governed by the laws of Western Australia, Australia. Courts with competent jurisdiction may hear disputes concerning the Service.

Important: These terms are a draft intended for legal review before being relied upon as the Service's final contractual terms. Publishing a Terms page alone does not establish that every user has agreed to it.
